Tema: Apresenta uma reflexão crítica sobre o processo de aquisição das competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica e de Mestre. Inclui uma Scoping Review, que explora a relevância da capacitação parental na fase de diagnóstico da Perturbação do Espetro do Autismo.
Objetivos: Este trabalho visa refletir criticamente sobre o desenvolvimento e aplicação das competências específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista e de Mestre, demonstrando o impacte destes na prática clínica. A Scoping Review tem como objetivo de mapear de forma sistemática a amplitude e a natureza da investigação disponível sobre a capacitação dos pais no contexto do diagnóstico de filhos com Perturbação do Espetro do Autismo.
Material e Métodos: Foi utilizada uma metodologia descritiva e crítico-reflexiva, reforçada numa pesquisa bibliográfica recente nas bases de dados MEDLINE Complete, CINAHL Complete, PUBMED e repositórios científicos de acesso aberto. A Scoping Review seguiu as diretrizes metodológicas de Joanna Briggs Institute®, garantindo uma análise rigorosa e fundamentada das evidências científicas.
Resultados: O relatório demonstra o desenvolvimento das competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, evidenciando a sua aplicação prática durante o estágio. A Scoping Review reforça a importância da capacitação dos pais no processo de diagnóstico da Perturbação do Espetro do Autismo dos filhos, sublinhando a abordagem desta intervenção na melhoria da qualidade dos cuidados prestados em contexto pediátrico.
Conclusão: A análise crítico-reflexiva consolida o desenvolvimento das competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, evidenciando a capacitação parental como uma intervenção chave no diagnóstico da Perturbação do Espetro do Autismo e com implicações na área da enfermagem pediátrica.

It presents a critical reflection on the process of acquiring the competences of the Specialist Nurse in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing and the Master's Degree. It includes a Scoping Review, which explores the relevance of parental training in the diagnosis phase of Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Scoping Review followed the methodological guidelines of the Joanna Briggs Institute®, ensuring a rigorous and well-founded analysis of scientific evidence. Results: The report demonstrates the development of the competencies of the Specialist Nurse in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing, highlighting their practical application during the internship. The Scoping Review reinforces the importance of empowering parents in the process of diagnosing their child's Autism Spectrum Disorder, underlining the approach of this intervention in improving the quality of care provided in a pediatric setting.
