Abstract(s)
Este trabalho retrata o percurso desenvolvido no Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar, no âmbito da Prática e Intervenção Supervisionada no ano letivo 2014/2015. É nosso objetivo principal compreender os processos de gestão de grupo em sala de atividades destacando-se, em particular, a aquisição e desenvolvimento de estratégias promotoras de regras no contexto educativo em análise com vista à construção de uma sociedade de bem-estar, livre, tolerante, democrática e justa. Para o efeito recorremos a um conjunto de saberes relacionados com a Educação Pré-Escolar que possibilitaram a construção do enquadramento teórico. No mesmo sentido, utilizámos como principais fontes as fichas adaptadas do Manual DQP (Desenvolvendo a Qualidade em Parcerias), o inquérito, as notas de campo, a entrevista e a Escala de Problemas de Comportamentos para crianças em idade Pré-Escolar que permitiram a recolha de dados. A metodologia escolhida foi a Investigação-Ação dado que a ação educativa assenta na (re) construção permanente de saberes, possibilitando a reflexão sobre as práticas pedagógicas utilizadas, com o intuito de criar uma prática de qualidade crescente. Os dados recolhidos permitiram criar e aplicar estratégias com vista a saber lidar com os comportamentos das crianças e a desenvolver uma mudança positiva que envolvesse o grupo todo. Mudança essa que só foi possível à medida que o grau de confiança entre a criança e o adulto foi crescendo.
This work exposes the course developed in the "Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar", in ambit of the "Prática e Intervenção Supervisionada" in the school year of 2014/2015. It‘s our main goal to understand the processes of the management of the group in activities room detaching, in special, the acquiring and development of promoting strategies of rules in the educative context that is being analised into the construction of a society of well-being, free, tolerant, democratic and fair. To the effect we have resorted to one group of knowledges related with the preschool education that enabled the contruction of the theorical surrounding. At the same way, we used as main sources the adapted records of the "Manual DQP" (Desenvolvendo a Qualidade em Parcerias), the inquiry, the field notes, the interview and the scale of behaviour problems for children in preschool age that alowed the data collection. The chosen methodology was the investigation-action once the educational action is based in the permanet (re)construction of knowledges, enableing the reflection about the pedagogical pratices used, in order to create one practice of growing quality. The collected data alowed to create and to apply strategies in order to know how to handle with the children behaviours and to develop one positive change that involved all the group. That change was only possible while the confidence degree between the child and the adult was growing up.
