Abstract(s)
“Como reduzir o ruído no posto de trabalho intervindo na sua fonte e meio de propagação?” É esta a pergunta de partida para a qual se pretende dar resposta ao realizar este trabalho. Para tal, definiu-se como objetivo geral analisar o ruído no posto de trabalho intervindo na fonte e meio de propagação. De modo a atingir este objetivo, são realizadas medições na fonte do ruído, um torno COLCHESTER, e em seguida implementam-se medidas de modo a se conseguir reduzir o ruído associado a esta fonte.
No que diz respeito à estrutura, este trabalho inicia-se com um enquadramento teórico à temática, que inclui um breve resumo do trabalho realizado no ano anterior e em seguida uma breve apresentação da empresa. Posteriormente, é apresentada a metodologia, seguindo-se a análise de dados, a discussão de dados e propostas de melhoria. Por fim, expõem-se as conclusões, as referências blibliográficas, os apêndices e os anexos.
Com uma primeira análise aos valores de LAeq,Tk obtidos, para os diferentes materiais, foi possível concluir que as medidas de redução de ruído implementadas funcionam de igual modo para estes materiais, pois as respetivas reduções de ruído foram proporcionais nos diferentes cenários.
Ao analisar o cenário “motor novo”, pode-se verificar que existiu uma descida no valor de LEX,8h de 9 dB quando comparando ao cenário “normal” e que o valor desta descida é consistente com o valor da descida observada nas medições do motor novo comparado ao motor antigo.
Depois de se analisar os valores de LEX,8h e 𝐿̅EX,8h foi possível concluir que o cenário “motor novo” é o único dos cenários analisados em que os valores obtidos estão abaixo dos valores de ação inferior do Decreto-Lei nº 182/2006, de 6 de setembro.
Em suma, o trabalho realizado permitiu dar resposta à pergunta de partida e foi de encontro aos objetivos propostos.
"How to reduce noise in the workplace by intervening in its source and means of propagation?" This is the starting question for which we intend to respond in carrying out this work. For this, it was defined as a general objective to analyze the noise in the workstation intervening in the source and means of propagation. In order to achieve this objective, measurements are made at the noise source, a COLCHESTER lathe, and then measures are implemented in order to reduce the noise associated with this source. Structurally, this work begins with a theoretical framework, which includes a brief summary of the work carried out in the previous year and then a brief presentation of the company. Subsequently, the methodology is presented, followed by data analysis, data discussion and improvement proposals. Finally, the conclusions, the bibliographical references, the appendixes and the attachments are presented. With a first analysis of the obtained values of LAeq, Tk, for the different materials, it was possible to conclude that the implemented noise reduction measures work equally for these materials, since the respective noise reductions were proportional in the different scenarios. When analyzing the "new engine" scenario, it can be verified that there was a decrease in the LEX,8h value of 9 dB when comparing to the "normal" scenario and that the value of this decrease is consistent with the value of the observed decrease in the measurements of the engine compared to the old engine. After analyzing the values of LEX,8h and 𝐿̅EX,8h it was possible to conclude that the "new motor" scenario is the only one of the analyzed scenarios in which the values obtained are below the lower action values of Decree-Law no. 182 / 2006, of september 6. In short, the work accomplished allowed to answer the question of departure and agreed with the proposed objectives.
