| dc.description.abstract | O tema central deste estudo discute o papel representado pelas instituições do terceiro setor no apoio prestado à reinserção laboral de públicos em situação de vulnerabilidade social, em particular das mulheres. Deste modo, torna-se relevante destacar que, historicamente e independentemente dos períodos de crise política, social e económica, as mulheres continuam a representar um dos grupos mais expostos às dificuldades de inserção no mercado de trabalho, se acrescentarmos condicionantes de vulnerabilidade social e económica. Partindo deste pressuposto, torna-se fundamental explorar as formas de apoio à reinserção laboral deste grupo de mulheres que é protagonizado pelo setor social, assim como nos seus contributos a promoção de estratégias de apoio e na criação de políticas e de programas de suporte à sua inclusão social e à sua empregabilidade. No que se refere aos objetivos, o nosso estudo consiste em analisar o papel das instituições sociais no apoio à reinserção laboral de mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade e pretende caraterizar as dificuldades com que estas mulheres se deparam nas suas vidas. Por outro lado, pretendemos discutir as medidas e/ou programas de ocupação e emprego promovidas pelas instituições sociais e pelo trabalho desempenhado pelos/as profissionais desta área, tendo em vista a reinserção laboral destas mulheres. Na elaboração deste estudo optamos por uma metodologia de natureza qualitativa, e a técnica de recolha de dados privilegiada foi a aplicação de entrevistas semi-diretivas a uma amostra por conveniência composta por cinco mulheres pertencentes a coletivos de vulnerabilidade social, utilizadoras de uma IPSS, bem como duas profissionais que trabalham na respetiva instituição. A técnica de tratamento de dados privilegiada foi a análise de conteúdo. Tendo em consideração a síntese da problemática, a revisão da literatura, e os resultados obtidos nas entrevistas, constatamos que os fatores de vulnerabilidade condicionam fortemente a entrada e permanência no mercado de trabalho, a médio e longo prazo destas mulheres. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This study discusses the role played by the institutions of the third sector in the support provided to the labour market reintegration of publics with social vulnerability, in particular women. This it is important to highlight that, historically and regardless of periods of political, social and economic crisis, women continue to represent one of the most exposed social groups to the difficulties in the integration in the labour market, if we add constraints of social and economic vulnerability. Based on this assumption, it is essential to explore the ways of supporting labour market reintegration of this group of women, which is led by the social institutions, as well as in its contributions to the promotion of support strategies and in the creation of policies and programs to support their social inclusion and employability. According with the objectives, our study consists in the analysis of the role played by the social institutions in supporting the reintegration of women in vulnerable situations and aims to characterise the difficulties faced by these women in their lives. On the other hand, we discuss the measures and programs of occupation and employment promoted by social institutions and the work performed by professionals in this area, viewing the reintegration of these women. This study is based in a qualitative methodology, and the data collection technique used was the semi-directive interviews with a convenience sample composed by five women belonging to collectives of social vulnerability, users of a Social Institution, as well as two social professional workers from the same institution. The data analysis was the content analysis. Considering the synthesis of the problem, the literature review, and the empirical results, we found that vulnerability factors strongly affect the entry and permanence in the labour market of these women. | pt_PT |
