O presente relatório reflete a realização de um estágio curricular
realizado no Turim Avenida da Liberdade Hotel, que ora se
apresenta com o intuito de concluir o curso de Mestrado em
Gestão do Turismo e Hotelaria. O estágio decorreu no
departamento da Direção, todavia implicou igualmente o
desempenho de tarefas de apoio aos restantes departamentos.
O relatório encontra-se dividido em seis partes, das quais destaco
a contextualização do setor do turismo e hotelaria, bem como o
impacto da pandemia Covid-19 nas atividades turísticas e
hoteleiras. De seguida, após esclarecida a metodologia utilizada,
foi caracterizado o hotel onde decorreu o estágio, bem como as
tarefas desempenhadas ao longo do mesmo. Após este
levantamento, é tecida uma reflexão crítica e são sugeridas
algumas melhorias na organização. O relatório conclui com a
apresentação de algumas considerações finais.
This report describes a curricular internship held at Turim Avenida da Liberdade Hotel, at the direction department, in order to obtain the degree of Master in Tourism and Hotel Management. The report is divided into six parts. It begins by discussing the contextualization of the tourism and hospitality sector, as well as the impact of the pandemic Covid-19 on tourism activities. Next, the report describes the methodology applied and the hotel where the internship took place, as well as the tasks performed during the internship. After this, a critical reflection is conducted and some improvements opportunities to the organization are suggested, and, lastly, final considerations are presented.
