Abstract(s)
Este projeto tem por base uma auditoria energética ao sistema de ar comprimido de
uma indústria alimentar. Foram sinalizadas melhorias inerentes à eficiência energética
visando amenizar o custo e impacto económico que o consumo elétrico de produção e
tratamento de ar comprimido acarretam para a empresa. Foram identificadas fugas na rede
de distribuição de ar comprimido, uma gestão da rede ineficiente (setpoint da pressão do
ar desajustado) e uma gestão de recursos pouco eficaz e desadequada ao período laboral.
Para as melhorias sinalizadas foram propostas as seguintes medidas, respetivamente:
reparação das fugas, reajuste do setpoint e restrição do funcionamento da central de ar
comprimido aos períodos laborais.
This project is based on an energy audit of the compressed air system within a food industry sector improvements in energy efficiency have been identified to reduce the company’s cost and economic impact associated with the electricity consumption of air compression production and treatment. Identified issues include leaks within the compressed air distribution network, inefficient network management (misaligned setpoint), and suboptimal resource management not aligned with working hours. The proposed measurements for these identified improvements are, respectively: repair of the leaks, adjustment of the setpoint and restricting the operation of the compressed air plant to working hours.
