Abstract(s)
O aspeto diferenciador deste projeto relaciona-se com a problemática: “Será que uma oferta inovadora assente na oferta de um serviço integrado (tudo incluído) na área dos eventos (gestão e organização de casamentos) é valorizada pelo cliente e acrescenta valor à oferta existente?”
Para tal, será realizado um estudo de mercado com especial ênfase nas limitações da oferta de serviços por parte das empresas de casamentos já existentes na região, e nos níveis de satisfação da procura, de forma a identificar oportunidades latentes, caso estas existam. Deste estudo deve também surgir conhecimento acerca dos Fatores Críticos de Sucesso (FCS) da indústria, a ser incorporado no projeto na forma de diretrizes de desenvolvimento das competências centrais da empresa.
Na estruturação do plano de negócios serão incorporados não só os resultados obtidos da investigação dos tópicos acima referidos, como também as relações retiradas da análise de bibliografia sobre os assuntos-chave da criação deste tipo de empresas: empreendedorismo, inovação, sustentabilidade, turismo, turismo de eventos, e a importância da realização de eventos para o turismo.
This project aims to analyze the viability of a wedding management and organization company in RAM for resident customers and tourists. The distinguishing aspect of this project relates to the issue: “Is an innovative offer based on an integrated service (all-inclusive) in the area of events (management and organization of weddings) valued by the cliente? And does it bring value to the existing supply?” To do this, we will conduct a market research with special emphasis on the limitations of the services offered by the existing wedding management companies in Madeira and in the levels of demand satisfaction in order to identify latent opportunities, if they exist. From this study should also emerge knowledge of Critical Success Factors (CSF), to be incorporated into the project in the form of development guidelines of the core competencies of the company. In the business plan structure there will be incorporated not only the results of the investigation of the above topics, as well as elations taken from literature analysis on the key issues of the creation of such companies: entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, tourism, tourism events, and the importance of events for the tourism industry.
