Abstract(s)
Após um ano da confirmação de pandemia pela COVID-19 ainda não se pode medir ou prever todos os impactos sofridos na educação. Em meio à nova realidade, que medidas foram adotadas pelo governo federal brasileiro que contemplassem o público da educação especial em tempos de pandemia? Objetivos: Verificar a existência de políticas educacionais brasileiras voltadas ao público da educação especial durante a pandemia; analisar as providências do governo federal do Brasil direcionadas aos alunos com deficiências e
necessidades educativas especiais para o enfrentamento da pandemia. Metodologia: pesquisa documental com buscas realizadas entre 20 e 27 de março de 2021 em sites de livre acesso do governo brasileiro, com foco nas publicações relacionadas à educação, e à educação especial durante a pandemia. Resultados e discussão: dos 24 documentos analisados, 6 mencionam a educação especial, sendo que apenas 50% dão alguma providência específica. Conforme a análise dos dados encontrados e da natureza destas providências, segundo o que preconiza uma Educação Inclusiva, conclui-se que as ações educacionais do governo federal brasileiro na pandemia são poucas e as orientações à educação especial são superficiais. Não foram encontradas iniciativas de pesquisa, coordenação ou monitoramento das ações federais à educação especial em tempos de pandemia.
After a year since the confirmation of the pandemic due to COVID-19, it is still impossible to measure or predict all the impacts education bore. In the midst of the new reality, what measures were taken by the Brazilian federal government that contemplated the public of special education in times of a pandemic? Objectives: Verify the existence of Brazilian educational policies aimed at the special education public during the pandemic; analyse the measures of the Brazilian federal government directed towards students with disabilities and special educational needs for coping with the pandemic. Methodology: documental research with research done from March 20 to 27 of 2021 on the Brazilian government's websites with free access, with focus on posts related to education, and special education during the pandemic. Results and discussion: from the 24 analysed documents, 6 mentioned special education, wherein only 50% give some specific measurements. According to the analysis of the data found and the nature of these measurements, according to what an Inclusive Education professes, it is possible to conclude that the Brazilian federal government's educational acts during the pandemic are scarce and the guidance for special education was superficial. There were not found initiatives in research, coordination, or monitoring of the federal acts for special education in the times of the pandemic.
