Abstract(s)
intervenção do EEER.
With the increase in average life expectancy, there is a need for a differentiated health care response in the context of ER for the dependent person, at a time of fragility or in promoting a healthy life, so the need for early mobility is crucial, taking into account the cardiorespiratory, neuromuscular and joint benefits. The general aim of this report is to develop skills for specialized, humanized, scientific and ethical care for people in need of ER care, developing the problem of “Early mobility: specialized interventions in rehabilitation nursing for dependent people”. Based on the practice of ER in caring for people with special needs throughout the life cycle, by enabling and maximizing their functionality, it characterizes its intervention as transversal to all contexts, which is why it identifies the need for early mobilization in the dependent person, from the hospital to the community context. This intervention is essential for the functional rehabilitation of the dependent person, their autonomy and independence, optimizing quality of life and health gains, enabling family/caregiver collaboration, reducing length of stay and the risk of hospital readmission. Faced with this transitional phase of life, Afaf Meleis Theoretical Nursing Model emerges as a way of structuring the EEER intervention. In order to mobilize and consolidate differentiated knowledge and, at the same time, acquire the specific competences of the Joint Specialist Nurse, the EEER and the Master, scientific, systematized and methodological bibliographical research was carried out, including a narrative literature review and a Scoping Review.
