Abstract(s)
luto, a morte e a saúde mental. Com uma abordagem
qualitativa e interdisciplinar, a pesquisa reúne narrativas
a linguagem visual podem aproximar gerações e facilitar a
expressão emocional. O projeto inclui as vozes de artistas,
This thesis explores the potential of editorial illustration as a tool for dialogue and reflection around grief, death, and mental health. Rooted in a qualitative and interdisciplinary methodology, the research brings together visual narratives, personal testimonies, and expert interviews to investigate how drawing and visual storytelling can help bridge the generational gap in emotional expression and mental health care. The project includes the voices of artists, psychologists, and individuals who have experienced different types of loss. Through artistic creation, the study examines the invisible aspects of mourning and positions illustration not only as a means of communication, but also as a form of healing and collective memory.
