| dc.description.abstract | O cluster marinho das actividades económicas relacionadas com o mar está perfeitamente identificado, a nível institucional estão criadas condições para que comecem a ser dados os passos necessários no sentido da proclamação de Portugal como uma referência em política económica do mar. Portugal tem massa crítica suficiente para pensar e desenvolver uma estratégia nacional que seja verdadeira alavanca ao desenvolvimento económico, a missão da extensão da plataforma continental é disso exemplo paradigmático. O cluster marinho nacional será um factor de alavancagem ao desenvolvimento económico, existe um grande potencial de crescimento, nomeadamente na Náutica de Recreio e Turismo Náutico, os efeitos indirectos calculados são significativos, tem pelo menos um efeito multiplicador significativo, isto é, de quase três vezes do valor do efeito directo. O trabalho mais complicado inerente à concepção da Estratégia está feito, as bases estão lançadas, resta a faísca iniciadora do processo sem retorno, que levará Portugal novamente para o Mar. Abstract: The sea cluster of the economic activities related with the sea is perfectly identified, the political level has created conditions so that the necessary steps can be given in direction of the announcement of Portugal as a reference in economic politics sea related. Portugal has enough critical mass to develop a national strategy that is a lever to the economic development, the mission of the extension of the Portuguese continental platform is a major example. Portugal´s sea cluster will be a factor of leverage to the economic development, it exists a great potential of growth, for instance in the Recreation/Leisure Navigation and Nautical Tourism, the calculated indirect effects are significant, they have a multiplying effect, that is almost three times the direct effect. The most difficult work concerning the conception of the Strategy is done, the bases are launched, and the only thing missing is the igniter spark to the process that will take Portugal back to the Sea. | pt_PT |
