O presente relatório tem como objetivo refletir sobre a experiência adquirida num contexto prático durante a realização do estágio curricular no Grupo BertrandCírculo. Este documento aborda temas relacionados com as atividades realizadas ao longo do estágio, como o Recrutamento e Seleção, o Recrutamento Inclusivo, além de enfatizar a importância das Novas Tecnologias no Recrutamento.
Neste contexto, são aprofundados os conceitos de Recrutamento e Seleção, sublinhando a importância da inclusão neste processo. Compreendeu-se que, para promover uma verdadeira inclusão, é essencial trabalhar na cultura organizacional da empresa, garantindo que os colaboradores se sentem respeitados e valorizados. Este ambiente inclusivo contribui para reduzir a intenção de saída por parte dos colaboradores.
O relatório explora conceitos de Recrutamento e Seleção, sublinhando a importância das novas tecnologias neste processo. Foi possível compreender que, a Inteligência Artificial e a Automação têm-se revelado uma ferramenta importante para melhorar a performance dos profissionais dentro das organizações, ao tornar o processo de Recrutamento mais eficiente e equitativo. Contudo, é essencial reconhecer que estas tecnologias não estão isentas de falhas e não conseguem substituir a intervenção humana.
As tarefas desenvolvidas durante o período de estágio, permitiram identificar e analisar tanto os pontos fortes como os aspetos a melhorar nos processos laborais da empresa. Posteriormente, foi elaborada uma proposta de melhoria para minimizar o impacto do aspeto mais crítico identificado na organização. Concluiu-se que, caso a empresa decida implementar a proposta apresentada, poderá melhorar significativamente o seu desempenho e, consequentemente, os seus resultados.

This document covers topics related to the activities carried out during the internship, such as Recruitment and Selection, Inclusive Recruitment, and emphasizes the importance of New Technologies in Recruitment. In this context, the concepts of Recruitment and Selection are explored in depth, highlighting the importance of inclusion in this process. It was understood that, to promote true inclusion, it is essential to work on the company´s organizational culture, ensuring that employees feel respected and valued. This inclusive environment helps to reduce employees´ turnover intentions. The report explores concepts of Recruitment and Selection, highlighting the importance of new technologies in this process. It was possible to understand that Artificial Intelligence and Automation have proved to be an important tool for improving the performance of professionals within organizations, by making the recruitment process more efficient and equitable. However, it is essential to recognize that these technologies are not without flaws and cannot replace human intervention. The tasks carried out during the internship period made it possible to identify and analyze both strengths and the aspects to be improved in the company´s work processes. Subsequently, an improvement proposal was drawn up to minimize the impact of the most critical aspect identified in the organization. It was concluded that, should the company decide to implement the proposal presented, it could significantly improve its performance and, consequently, its results.
