Este relatório de estágio foi realizado na Panegara II Distribuição Lda., uma empresa que atua no setor do comercio e distribuição alimentar, com o objetivo de analisar os processos internos e propor melhorias para o departamento de controlo de gestão.
Para isso foi feito um estudo aprofundado da empresa, com a elaboração de uma análise de diversos documentos como relatórios de contas, demonstrações de resultados, e relatórios de gestão, e ainda foram realizadas uma serie de entrevistas a alguns colaboradores da empresa de diversos níveis para complementar o estudo documental. Com o foco no departamento de controlo de gestão e na utilização do tableau de bord, foram identificados alguns prontos a melhorar que passam por uma revisão e otimizações dos indicadores de desempenho, automatização e atualização de dados, e por fim melhorias no método de visualização dos dados.
Posto isto a elaboração de recomendações e melhorias nos diversos processos, poder ser uma benesse para a empresa ter uma maior agilidade e precisão nas suas operações, e assim aumentar a competitividade no mercado.
This internship report was carried out at Panegara II Distribuição Lda., a company that operates in the food commerce and distribution sector, with the objective of analyzing internal processes and proposing improvements for the controlling department. To this end, an in-depth study of the company was carried out, with the preparation of an analysis of various documents such as account reports, financial reports, and management reports, and a series of interviews were also carried out with some company employees at different levels to complement the documentary study. Focusing on the controlling department and the use of tableau de bord, some areas ready for improvement were identified, including review and optimization of performance indicators, automation and data updating, and finally improvements in the data visualization method. That said, the development of recommendations and improvements in the various processes can be a benefit for the company to have greater agility and precision in its operations, and thus increase competitiveness in the market.
