| dc.description.abstract | A promoção e a educação para a saúde são partes integrantes do cuidar em pediatria e preveem a transmissão de conhecimento e o empoderamento de crianças/jovens e família em qualquer um dos contextos de prestação de cuidados à díade. Muito embora os ganhos em saúde passem pela literacia em saúde da população, os estudos mostram que existem ainda lacunas nesta área de intervenção, e que as consequências que daí advêm podem ter repercussões a médio e longo prazo no binómio. Neste sentido, considerando a linha de desenvolvimento na área da segurança e qualidade de vida, o percurso formativo experienciado assentou na promoção da literacia em primeiros socorros e no contributo da enfermagem de saúde infantil e pediátrica. O presente relatório pretende dar a conhecer o percurso desenvolvido ao longo do estágio final, evidenciando a implementação do projeto de intervenção e a aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências comuns de enfermeiro especialista, competências específicas de enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem de saúde infantil e pediátrica e de mestre. Na elaboração e concretização do projeto o recurso à metodologia de projeto foi essencial na identificação das necessidades de cada contexto e posterior planeamento das atividades com vista à promoção da literacia em Primeiros Socorros. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Health promotion and education are an integral part of pediatric care. Both foresee the transmission of knowledge, as well as the empowerment of children/young people and family in all the contexts related to providing care to the dyad. Health gains include health literacy among the population. However, studies show that there are still gaps in this area of intervention and that the consequences arising from it may have repercussions on the binomial both in the medium and the long term. In this sense, and considering the line of development in the area of security and quality of life, the training path that we have experienced was based on promoting literacy in first aid and in the contribution of child and pediatric health nursing. This report aims to communicate the path followed through our final training period. It showcases the implementation of the intervention project as well as the process of acquisition and development of common skills by specialist nurses, namely the skills associated to a specialization in child and pediatric health and master´s degree. In the elaboration and implementation of the project, the use of the project methodology was essential in identifying the needs of each context and subsequent planning of activities aimed at promoting literacy in First Aid. | pt_PT |
