Abstract(s)
Desta forma, a My Health Wallet
estudo, acompanhado pelas limitações do projeto e pelas sugestões futuras.
The app presented throughout this project is called My Health Wallet and is a business opportunity derived from a market gap in health and technology. Due to the digitalisation of services, companies are becoming increasingly omnipresent, allowing them to offer more efficient technological solutions to their clients. But currently, each hospital has its own website or application, putting users in a very complex and disorganised situation and contributing to the dispersion of clinical information. My Health Wallet is therefore designed to make life easier for clinic and hospital users by storing files and managing data in a centralised location. This app works via a cloud storage system and allows documents to be managed and organised in a relevant and interactive way, giving clients access to their clinical portfolio at any time and from anywhere. In order to support the viability of this application, an ideological structure has been developed throughout this project, which includes: The introduction, which addresses the problem, the research questions and the main objectives; The literature review, i.e. the development of a more theoretical approach, based on the growth of digitisation of services, digital mobile applications in the health sector and strategic planning tools; The methodology, i.e. the type of study, the procedures and instruments used; the business plan, which aimed to further characterise the business, the analyses developed in the strategic plan and the calculations and maps presented in the economic and financial viability chapter.Lastly, there is the conclusion, which takes stock of the results collected and analysed throughout the study, accompanied by the project's limitations and future suggestions.
