Abstract(s)
Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender como é que uma escola profissional se organiza na sua redescoberta sobre o papel e essência da escola, para em termos organizacionais e de gestão do currículo ajudar a construir pessoas com pessoas. Neste sentido, pretende-se demonstrar, através da análise de um caso particular, que a formação orientada para a melhor e mais adequada construção do saber, dotada de uma flexibilidade curricular, é uma ferramenta essencial para o desenvolvimento de profissionais de excelência. Partindo-se de uma metodologia qualitativa e interpre-tativa, foi feito um questionário dirigido aos alunos paraanalisar em profundidade a dinâmica das aulas e das mobilidades de formação, assimcomo entrevistas a dife-rentes atores da escola. Os resultados doestudo mostram como uma escola técnica profissional trabalha o currículo em função das aprendizagens essenciais e do perfil do aluno que deseja coconstruir. Paralelamente, apresenta o currículo visto pelo grupo dasalunas do curso de Técnico de Apoio à Infância (TAI), cujos conteúdos são geridos em função dos objetivos e da construção do perfil do aluno.
This study’s goal is to understand how a professional school is organized in its re-discovery on the role and essence of school, so that in organizational terms and of curriculum management it helps building people with people. In this sense, we aim to show, through the analysis of a particular case, whichguided training towards a better and more suited construction of knowledge, gifted of curricular flexibility, as an essential tool to the development of distinction professionals. Starting from a qualitative and interpretative methodology, a quiz directed at students has been made in order to analyse in depth the dynamic of classes and of training diversities. Interviews to different school staff members have also been made. The results of the study show that a professional technical school works the curriculum towards essential learning skills and profile of the student it wishes to cobuild. At the same time, it presents the curriculum seen by the students of the course of Childhood Support Technician (TAI), in which the contents are managed according to the goals and the building of the student’s profile.
