Intervenção do Enfermeiro Especialista na Área de Enfermagem de Saúde Familiar nas Famílias com Membros Dependentes - Projeto de desenvolvimento de competências clínicas especializadas na área de Enfermagem de Saúde Familiar

O presente relatório visa espelhar a unidade curricular de estágio de natureza profissional – Módulo I e II integrado no Mestrado em Enfermagem Comunitária na área de enfermagem de saúde familiar, da Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto, do ano letivo 2022/2023. O estágio de natureza profissional decorreu numa Unidade de Saúde Familiar modelo B, entre o dia 21 de Novembro de 2022 e o dia 23 de Junho de 2023, durante 585 horas e perfazendo um total de 45 ECTS.
Ao elaborar este relatório proponho-me a descrever reflexivamente o processo de desenvolvimento de competências para a obtenção do grau de mestre na área de enfermagem de saúde familiar, a partir das experiências vivenciadas, com o principal objetivo de explanar o trabalho desenvolvido para dar resposta às competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Comunitária na área de enfermagem de saúde familiar, e assim obter o grau académico de Mestre em Enfermagem.
A temática do estágio de natureza profissional relacionou-se com a intervenção do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem Comunitária na área de enfermagem de saúde familiar, em famílias que integram uma pessoa dependente, dada a franca tendência do envelhecimento populacional. Para cuidar destas famílias recorri às consultas de enfermagem domiciliárias, de forma a estreitar o relacionamento com o maior número de elementos da família possível, bem como conhecer o contexto.
Tendo em conta a família como unidade e cliente dos cuidados do enfermeiro especialista, os seus elementos são também clientes individuais da minha ação, focando-me na capacitação da família para as transformações e adaptações da mesma ao facto de integrar um membro dependente.
Uma reflexão profunda sobre os meus julgamentos clínicos baseados em referenciais teóricos da enfermagem familiar, orientadores da minha intervenção, proporcionou o desenvolvimento das competências emanadas pela Ordem dos Enfermeiros no que toca à especialidade de Enfermagem Comunitária na área de enfermagem de saúde familiar. Esta unidade curricular enriqueceu a minha prática clínica enquanto enfermeira de família.
This report aims to mirror the professional internship curricular unit – Modules I and II integrated into the Master's Degree in Community Nursing in the area of Family Health Nursing, at the Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto, from the academic year 2022/2023. The professional internship took place in a model B Family Health Unit, between November 21, 2022 and June 23, 2023, for 585 hours and totaling 45 ECTS. In preparing this report, I propose to reflexively describe the process of developing skills to obtain a master's degree in the area of family health nursing, based on experiences, with the main objective of explaining the work developed to respond to the skills of the Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing in the area of Family Health, and thus obtain the academic degree of Master in Nursing. The theme of the professional internship was related to the intervention of the specialist nurse in community nursing in the area of family health nursing in families that include a dependent person, given the clear trend of population aging. To care for these families, I resorted to home nursing consultations, in order to strengthen the relationship with as many family members as possible, as well as getting to know the context. Taking into account the family as a unit and client of the specialist nurse's care, its members are also individual clients of my action, focusing on training the family for transformations and adaptations to the condition of a family with a dependent member. A deep reflection on my clinical judgments based on theoretical references of family nursing, guiding my intervention, provided the development of the skills emanated by the order of nurses regarding the specialty of community nursing in the area of family health. This curricular unit enriched my clinical practice as a family nurse.
