Abstract(s)
Tendo como objetivo a obtenção do título de mestre em gestão de recursos humanos, o estudante optou pela realização de um estágio curricular que foi realizado no departamento de Recursos Humanos, numa empresa angolana que atua no segmento de Desinfestação e Saneamento básico. O estágio teve a duração de um mês e 18 dias, tendo o seu início aos 11 de Março de 2024 e término 02 de Maio de 2024, obedecendo o horário das 08h00 às 13 horas e das 14h00 às 16 horas, o que compreende 40 horas semanais, totalizando a um número de 280 horas. O principal objetivo do estágio foi de compreender as políticas adotadas pela empresa em estudo, como elas são aplicadas e qual é a perspetiva dos colaboradores relativamente as políticas adotadas pela
empresa.
No decorrer do estágio, o estagiário realizou diversas atividades que o proporcionaram uma experiência prática na área de Recursos Humanos, como, por exemplo, participar no processo de recrutamento e seleção, admissão e integração novos colaboradores; conhecer os documentos obrigatórios de recursos humanos; controle de assiduidade e pontualidade dos colaboradores; participar no processo de avaliação de desempenho; participar no processamento salarial e obter conhecimentos sobre os subsídios e desconto (IRT e INSS) praticados pela empresa; participar do processo de gestão de formação e conhecimento; conhecer procedimentos de demissão e instauração de processos disciplinares.
O estágio contribuiu para que o estagiário desenvolvesse várias competências relevantes para o seu crescimento profissional, nomeadamente adaptabilidade e flexibilidade, domínio de algumas ferramentas tecnológica, conhecimento
da aplicabilidade de algumas políticas e práticas de recursos humanos, ligeiros conhecimentos sobre a nova lei geral do trabalho.
Optando pela metodologia qualitativa, no decorrer do estágio, o estudante identificou diversos aspetos cruciais para o bom funcionamento da organização, assim sendo, foi possível diagnosticar mais aspetos negativos do que positivos. O estagiário recomendou que a organização realizasse uma revisão das políticas adotadas pela empresa, formalizasse os processos de recursos humanos e investisse num software de RH mais sofisticado a fim de otimizar os processos de recursos humanos.
With the objective of achieving a master's degree in human resources management, the student opted for a curricular internship that was carried out in the Human Resources department, in an Angolan company that operates in the Disinfestation and Basic Sanitation segment. The internship lasted for a period of one month and 18 days, starting on 11 March 2024 and ending on 02 May 2024, working from 8am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm, comprising 40 hours a week, totaling 280 hours. The main objective of the internship was to understand the policies adopted by company in question, how they are applied and what the employees' perspective is on the policies adopted by the company. During the internship, the trainee carried out various activities that gave him practical experience in the Human Resources area, such as participating in the recruitment and selection process, hiring and integrating new employees; getting to know the mandatory Human Resources documents; controlling employee attendance and punctuality; taking part in the performance appraisal process; taking part in salary processing and gaining knowledge of the allowances and discounts (IRT and INSS) practiced by the company; taking part in the training and knowledge management process; getting to know dismissal procedures and setting up disciplinary procedures. The internship helped the trainee to develop various skills relevant to his professional growth, namely adaptability and flexibility, mastery of some technological tools, knowledge of the applicability of some human resources policies and practices, slight knowledge of the new general labor law. Using the qualitative methodology, during the internship the student identified various aspects that were crucial to the smooth running of the organization, so it was possible to diagnose more negative aspects than positive ones. The intern recommended that the organization carry out a review of the policies adopted by the company, formalize the human resources processes and invest in more sophisticated HR software to optimize human resources processes.
