dc.description.abstractResumo O presente relatório de estágio teve por objetivo o desenvolvimento de um trabalho que pudesse levar à criação de uma proposta para um novo programa turístico, identificando a viabilidade da sua implementação com um modo de fazer turismo responsável, escolhendo para o efeito uma área geográfica do interior de Portugal e, deste modo, proporcionar uma oferta turística diferenciada no portefólio da empresa acolhedora do estágio, seguindo os princípios do Ecoturismo. A área elegida foi a região o Vale do Côa e do Parque Natural do Douro Internacional, bem no interior do território nacional, na qual se procurou identificar os seus recursos turísticos mais relevantes. Feita a revisão da literatura e construído o quadro metodológico, caracterizou-se a situação com a análise dos principais mercados emissores da procura turística, da região escolhida e da oferta turística existente. Procurou-se entender as tendências atuais para este modo de fazer turismo, assim como as competências já existentes na empresa (agência de viagens) a quem se destina o presente trabalho. Finalmente, elaborou-se a proposta de pacote turístico e o modelo de negócio estratégico para a esta proposta de operação turística organizada em formato de pacote de viagem. Abstract This internship report aimed at the development of a work that could lead to the creation of a proposal of a new tourist program, identifying the feasibility of its implementation with a way of making responsible tourism, choosing a geographic area of the interior of Portugal and thus providing a differentiated tourism offer in the portfolio of the company, following the principles of ecotourism. The elected area was the region the Côa Valley and Douro International Natural Park, deep inside the national territory, in which are identified the most relevant tourist resources. After the review of the literature and the building of the methodological framework, the situation was characterized with the analysis of the main markets demands, the selected region and the existing turistic supply. We also tried to understand the current trends in this way of tourism, as well as the existing skills within the company (travel agency). Finally, it was elaborated the tourist package proposal and strategic business model to this tourist operation organized in the travel package format.
