Abstract(s)
No âmbito do 3 º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, da Escola Superior de Enfermagem de São José de Cluny, desenvolveu-se um relatório de estágio, denominado “O cuidado de Enfermagem especializado à pessoa em situação crítica: do contexto do serviço de urgência ao do bloco operatório”.
Tem por objetivo evidenciar o processo evolutivo das competências diferenciadas, alcançadas ao nível da prestação de cuidados de Enfermagem especializados à pessoa em situação crítica e paralelamente, traduzir o desenvolvimento de competências no domínio da responsabilidade profissional, ética, legal e gestão de cuidados, com vista a melhoria contínua da qualidade dos cuidados de Enfermagem. Neste percurso, evidenciou-se particularmente o contexto da pessoa em situação crítica no Bloco operatório, demonstrando uma resposta de Enfermagem diferenciada em situações imprevisíveis e complexas, face aos riscos de ordem física, química, biológica e ambiental, que a pessoa vivencia.
Está orientado segundo uma metodologia descritiva, crítico – reflexiva, onde é realçado o papel do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, focando nas suas três grandes áreas de atuação: o cuidar da pessoa a vivenciar processos complexos de doença crítica e/ou falência orgânica; o dinamizar a resposta em situações de catástrofe ou emergência multivítimas, maximização na intervenção da prevenção e o controlo da infeção perante a pessoa em situação crítica e/ou falência orgânica.
Reflete um grau de conhecimento, capacidade de compreensão e de resolução de problemas de situações complexas, relacionados com a sua área de estudo, que lhe permite beneficiar de uma prática auto-orientada e autónoma, evidenciando-se a intersecção das competências desenvolvidas que contempla o enfermeiro especialista, com as de Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica.
In the scope of the 3rd Master Course in Medical-Surgical Nursing of the São José de Cluny College of Nursing, an Internship Report was developed, entitled “Specialized Nursing Care for the critically ill: from the context of the Service Emergency Room ”. It’s main to highlight the evolutionary process of the differentiated competences, reached in the level of the provision of specialized nursing care to the critically ill person and, in parallel, translated the development of competences in the field of professional responsibility, ethics, legal and care management, with a view to the continuous improvement of nursing care quality. In this way, the context of the person in critical situation in the Operating Room was evidenced, demonstrating a differentiated Nursing response in unpredictable and complex situations, in view of the physical, chemical, biological and environmental risks that the person experiences. It´s oriented according to a descriptive, critical - reflexive methodology, which emphasizes the role of the specialist nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing, focusing on its three main areas of action: caring for the person experiencing complex processes of critical illness and / or organic failure; response in catastrophe or multi-victim emergency situations, maximizing prevention, intervention and controlling infection against the critically ill person and / or organ failure. It reflects a degree of knowledge, understanding and problem-solving of complex situations related to your area of study, which allows you to benefit from a self-directed and autonomous practice, highlighting the intersection of the competences developed that includes the specialist nurse, with Master of Medical-Surgical Nursing.
