A área de Medicina Dentária está em constante expansão, empregando cada vez mais profissionais de saúde. No centro desta crescente concorrência, o Médico Dentista depara-se frequentemente com dificuldade em diferenciar-se dos restantes colegas, procurando diversificar os seus conhecimentos, de modo a alcançar novos patamares profissionais.
A aquisição de competências empresarias, associadas a um conhecimento das técnicas de Marketing e Publicidade, permitem ao Médico Dentista gerir uma Clínica Dentária, resultando numa fonte de rendimento sustentável e uma maior satisfação profissional.
A contribuição do Marketing Digital e Pessoal, bem como técnicas de fidelização e estratégias publicitárias permitem a sobrevivência e prosperidade de uma Clínica Dentária no presente século XXI, marcado por inovações tecnológicas e novos métodos de comunicação.
Este feito monográfico possui como objetivo apresentar as vantagens de um domínio das estratégias de Marketing e Publicidade, assim como aplicações destes conceitos na prática clínica diária, de forma a que Médico Dentista possua conhecimentos que o auxiliem na gestão de uma Clínica Dentária.
The area of Dentistry is constantly expanding, employing more and more health professionals. At the center of this growing competition, the Dentist often finds it difficult to differentiate himself from the rest of his colleagues, seeking to diversify his knowledge, in order to reach new professional levels. The acquisition of entrepreneurial skills, associated with a knowledge of Marketing and Advertising techniques, allows the Dentist to manage a Dental Clinic, resulting in a source of sustainable income and greater professional satisfaction. The contribution of Digital and Personal Marketing, as well as loyalty techniques and advertising strategies allow the survival and prosperity of a Dental Clinic in the present 21st century, marked by technological innovations and new methods of communication. This monographic feat aims to present the advantages of a mastery in Marketing and Advertising strategies, as well as applications of these concepts in daily clinical practice, so that the Dentist has knowledge to assist him in the management of a Dental Clinic.
