Abstract(s)
Uma empresa nos dias de hoje, tem que ter sem margem para dúvidas condições de trabalho,
seja ao nível da organização como da higiene e segurança.
Sem meios adequados para dar resposta às solicitações dos clientes torna-se um ambiente
propício ao excesso de trabalho, onde quer a motivação, quer a fadiga podem levar a que exista
uma grande probabilidade de acidentes. Neste sentido a organização o planeamento e os meios
de segurança preventivos são uma boa estratégia para manter a equipa de trabalho, integrada no
trabalho e autónoma para propor e fazer parte das soluções para as questões relacionadas com
as condições de trabalho.
A segurança é definida de acordo com as normas e procedimentos legais visando essencialmente
a prevenção dos acidentes. A segurança é vista também como um factor de influência em termos
de negócio
No setor da metalomecânica, os acidentes de trabalho dão-se maioritariamente na produção, os
trabalhadores que estão em contacto e manuseiam os materiais e as máquinas, as feridas abertas
e as lesões superficiais são as que mais se verificam. Os trabalhadores estão conscientes quanto
à ocorrência deste tipo de acidentes, mas não estão sensibilizados para a sua possível gravidade.
Assim sendo a identificação e avaliação de riscos, e a implementação de medidas preventivas
pode ser visto como um investimento, promove a segurança e as condições de trabalho
adequadas.
Nesta dissertação vai ser elaborada a identificação e avaliação de riscos, e as respectivas
medidas preventivas, numa empresa do setor da metalomecânica.
A company nowadays, has to have without doubts working conditions, be it at the level of the organization as well as hygiene and safety. Without adequate means to respond to customer requests becomes an environment conducive to overwork, where both motivation and fatigue can lead to a high probability of accidents. In this sense, the organization of planning and preventive means of security is a good strategy to keep the work team, integrated in the work and autonomous to propose and be part of the solutions to the issues related to working conditions. The safety is defined according to the norms and legal procedures aiming essentially the prevention of the accidents. Security is also seen as a factor of influence in terms of business In the metalworking sector, accidents occur mainly in production, workers who are in contact and handling materials and machines, open wounds and superficial injuries are the most common. Workers are aware of the occurrence of such accidents, but are not aware of their possible seriousness. Thus, risk identification and assessment, and the implementation of preventive measures can be seen as an investment, promote safety and appropriate working conditions. In this dissertation will be elaborated the identification and evaluation of risks, and the respective preventive measures, in a company of the sector of the metalworking .
