A escassez de recursos obriga, por parte das organizações, a adoção de novos
mecanismos que permitam uma gestão racional dos mesmos, visando obter o
máximo de eficácia e eficiência. Os recursos humanos nas áreas de apoio social
são, e em concreto na confeção e distribuição de refeições, cada vez mais, uma
preocupação da Polícia de Segurança Pública, que sendo constantemente
confrontada com carências, tem procurado responder com soluções pontuais de
forma a garantir o funcionamento dos serviços. O eventual recurso a contratação
de serviços externos, pela Polícia de Segurança Pública, para as messes,
assume, nos dias de hoje, crucial importância, na gestão dos recursos humanos,
sendo possível, utilizando este mecanismo, eventualmente redirecionar pessoal
policial para outros serviços, e ainda proporcionar uma melhoria nos serviços de
apoio.
The scarcity of resources requires, from the organizations, the adoption of new mechanisms that provide a rational management of the resources, in order to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Human resources in the areas of social support, and in particular on cooking and distribution of meals, are more and more, a concern of the Polícia de Segurança Pública, which is constantly being faced with shortages, has sought to respond with specific solutions in order to ensure the functioning of the services.
