Esta pesquisa tem como principal objetivo perceber como a experiência do utilizador (UX) em multi-janelas pode ser melhorada nos dispositivos “foldable” com sistema operativo Android. A metodologia baseia-se na avaliação heurística através de análise comparativa entre dispositivos foldable e dispositivos não foldable na funcionalidade descrita anteriormente. Seguimos uma abordagem que é baseada em tarefas de forma a conduzir diversos testes de usabilidade nos vários participantes. Apesar deste estudo ter sido executado em avaliadores com experiência em vez de utilizadores comuns, a resultante desta comparação irá apresentar possíveis soluções que poderão satisfazer potenciais requerimentos do utilizador nesta funcionalidade em dispositivos foldable.
This research seeks to understand how the User Experience (UX) of multi-windows can be improved in foldable devices with Android operative system. With that in mind, the methodology will focus on heuristic evaluation through a comparative analysis of multi-windows in foldable devices and non-foldable devices. We have chosen an approach that is based on tasks to conduct several usability tests with different participants. Although this study is performed on experienced evaluators instead of ordinary users, the resulting analysis may offer potential guidelines for improving the experience of users interacting with multi-windows in foldable devices.
