Abstract(s)
O propósito do presente projecto consiste no desenvolvimento de uma ideia relacionada com a
actividade do turismo, mais propriamente de turismo em espaço rural. Consiste no
desenvolvimento de uma unidade sita em Reguengos de Monsaraz (casa rústica com sete
assoalhadas e terreno de, aproximadamente, 4.000 metros quadrados). Pretende-se, assim, a
construção e implementação de uma marca com contornos turísticos inovadores e virados para a
promoção da felicidade.
Ao longo da investigação serão debatidos outros temas relacionados, embora mais específicos,
tendo por base conceitos inovadores nas áreas do turismo sustentável, do ‘smart tourism’, do
turismo criativo e do turismo social.
O objectivo é consolidar a ideia e conceber um plano de negócio que envolva, simultaneamente, os
conceitos indicados anteriormente, que seja diferenciador das propostas actuais oferecidas pelo
mercado e que, na sua essência, crie valor e incremente o nível de felicidade para todos os
envolvidos no mesmo.
O recurso às ‘smart technologies’ e aos pilares da Indústria 4.0 pretende antecipar a possibilidade
de tornar a experiência do turista, assim como a sua ‘journey’, mais imersiva e de mais participativa,
originando um turismo criativo assente na autenticidade, na ruralidade e na conectividade, e,
baseada na ideologia de modernidade líquida.
A metodologia seguirá a habitual estrutura de um business plan, subdividido nas suas partes
integrantes: financeira, marketing, operacional e organizacional, mas especialmente focada no
desenho da ideia. Através de estatísticas e dados oficiais referentes ao turismo, pretende-se a
edificação de um projecto saudável, alicerçado no potencial de um conceito diferente, ao casar
ruralidade com tecnologia, rumo à criação de um turismo feliz.
The purpose of the present project aims to develop an idea focused on tourism, specifically rural tourism related. It aims to develop a rural unit situated in Reguengos de Monsaraz (rustic house with seven rooms and an, approximately, 4.000 square meters land). Therefore, the intention is to build and implement a brand with innovative touristic contours targeted to promote happiness. Throughout the investigation, other more detailed topics will be addressed, based on innovative concepts of sustainable tourism, ‘smart tourism’, creative tourism and social tourism. To solidify the idea and to design a business plan are the main objectives, which involves the previously mentioned concepts to build a different proposal from the ones offered by the current market, to create value and to increase the happiness level for/of all stakeholders. The use of ‘smart technologies’ and the ‘Industry 4.0’ pillars aims to anticipate the possibility of transforming the tourist experience and its journey into a more immersive and participatory commitment by stimulating a creative tourism based on authenticity, rurality and connectivity and based on the modern liquidity ideology. The methodology will follow the usual business plan structure, subdivided into its thematic areas: finance, marketing, operational and organizational, but especially devoted to the idea design. Through tourism statistics and official data, the intention is to build a healthy project, based on the potencial of a different concept, by combining rurality with technology, towards the creation of a happy tourism.
