Angola recupera de um longo período de guerra civil, no decorrer da guerra civil
muitas infraestruturas foram danificadas e outras tornaram-se obsoletas.
Nos últimos 5 anos Angola tem mostrado uma taxa de crescimento acima de 10%
apresentando-se potencialmente como um dos mais prósperos países de África,
devidos as suas reservas de petróleo, minerais e potencialidade hidroelétrica.
O objetivo deste trabalho é a elaboração de um plano de negócios para um
empreendimento imobiliário (residencial, comercial e de escritórios) localizado em
Luanda, Angola.
