Abstract(s)
Introdução: O Autocuidado Andar engloba a capacidade de caminhar de forma segura e
independente, realizando atividades básicas e instrumentais da vida diária que requerem
mobilidade, como caminhar, subir escadas, transferir-se e deslocar-se. Para pessoas com
compromisso nesse autocuidado, seja devido a condições crónicas, lesões ou deficiências, o
Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação intervém de forma eficaz na
reabilitação e no fortalecimento dessa capacidade funcional. Assim, o Enfermeiro Especialista
em Enfermagem de Reabilitação tem um impacto crucial na promoção da independência das
pessoas com compromisso no Autocuidado Andar, através de intervenções terapêuticas
especializadas e avaliações amplas e contínuas.
Objetivo: Desenvolver competências comuns e especificas do Enfermeiro Especialista em
Enfermagem de Reabilitação, através de atividades e programas de reabilitação desenvolvidos
durante os ensinos clínicos, e aprofundar conhecimentos e competências sobre a intervenção do
Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação na pessoa com compromisso no
autocuidado andar.
Metodologia: Realizar um relatório com uma metodologia descritiva e crítico-reflexiva,
baseado na melhor evidência científica, recorrendo à realização de dois estudos caso
implementando programas de reabilitação, baseados nas competências comuns e específicas do
Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação com recurso à plataforma E4nursing.
Resultados: Foi desenvolvido dois estudos caso através do E4nursing na pessoa com Prótese
Total da Anca e na pessoa com Mielopatia Traumática após queda. Através dos estudos de caso
foi possível identificar, planear, intervir e avaliar o processo de cuidados no âmbito do
Autocuidado Andar.
Conclusão: Ao longo dos ensinos clínicos foi possível desenvolver as competências comuns e
específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação, conseguindo dar
resposta às necessidades das pessoas, permitindo capacitá-las e maximizar a sua
independência.
Introduction: Self-Care Walking encompasses the ability to walk safely and independently, performing basic and instrumental activities of daily living that require mobility, such as walking, climbing stairs, transferring and moving. For individuals with limitations in self-care walking, whether due to chronic conditions, injuries or disabilities, the Specialist Nurses in Rehabilitation Nursing intervention is effectively in the set of rehabilitation interventions and strengthens of the individual functional capacity. So, the Specialist Nurses in Rehabilitation Nursing plays a crucial role in promoting independence for individuals with compromised self-care walking through specialized therapeutic interventions and continuous assessments. Objective: To develop common and specific competencies of the Specialist Nurse in Rehabilitation Nursing through activities and rehabilitation programs during clinical training and deepening and competencies knowledge about the Specialist Nurses in Rehabilitation Nursing’s intervention in individuals with self-care walking challenges, as well as diagnosing changes in the self-care walking. Method: To conduct a descriptive and critical-reflective methodology report, based on the most updated scientific evidence, using two case reports, implementing rehabilitation programs, based on the common and specific competencies of the Specialist Nurses in Rehabilitation Nursing using the E4nursing platform. Results: Two case studies were developed using e-4nursing in individuals with prostheses Total Hip and in individuals with Traumatic Myelopathy after a fall. Through case studies it was possible to identify, plan, intervene and evaluate the care process within the scope of self-care walking. Conclusion: Throughout clinical training, it was possible to develop both common and specific Specialist Nurses in Rehabilitation Nursing competencies, being able to addressing individuals’ needs, empowering them, maximizing your Independence.
