Abstract(s)
Neste sentido, a
familiar.
processo familiar.
membros individualmente
Families face numerous social challenges, particularly the aging of their members, requiring health policies that promote their empowerment for sustainability. In this context, community nursing specialists in the field of Family Health Nursing are fundamental agents in promoting family functioning. Therefore, the clinical component of the Master's program aimed to provide nursing care to families with elderly individuals and their individual members throughout the life cycle, as well as to collaborate in intervention processes within the scope of family health nursing. Consultations were conducted with six families with elderly individuals, allowing for the implementation of the nursing process, including family assessment and intervention. The resources and strengths of these families were identified, along with their nursing care needs, mainly focused on the caregiver role and the family process. The interventions carried out resulted in health gains in the mentioned areas for the families. The provision of care was based on the Dynamic Model of Family Assessment and Intervention. A training process was developed with the goal of improving the quality of nursing documentation practices in the field of family health, based on the existing information system, SClinico-CSP. This training contributed to increasing nurses' knowledge and equipping them with skills in clinical information recording. The activities undertaken allowed for the development of specific competencies of the Community Nursing Specialist in the field of Family Health Nursing, as well as the common competencies of a specialist nurse. It is worth highlighting their contribution to the overall health gains of families and their individual members
