O sector empresarial em Portugal tem tirado partido das parcerias empresariais para a inovação reunindo empresas regionais e locais relevantes, grandes empresas e instituições do conhecimento e tecnológicas, numa parceria empenhada na implementação de projectos inovadores de investimento empresarial.
Com este trabalho, pretende-se constatar, por via exploratória, de que forma o ambiente organizacional tem um impacto positivo na capacidade de inovar da empresa, mantendo a motivação e uma superior performance dos indivíduos.
Para abordar esta problemática, foi elaborado um estudo de caso na empresa Brisa Inovação e Tecnologia.
The business sector in Portugal has taken advantage of business innovation partnerships bringing together relevant regional and local companies, large enterprises and institutions of knowledge and technology, in a partnership to implement innovative projects of business investments. With this work, it´s intended to find, in an exploratory way, how the workplace atmosphere has a positive impact on the company's ability to innovate while maintaining superior performance and motivation of the individuals. To address this problem, a case study was prepared at Brisa Innovation and Technology.
