Ao determinar o conhecimento que a pessoa tem sobre a hipertensão, pode permitir um melhor controlo e a redução das complicações associadas, portanto, promover a saúde e prevenir a doença deve ser prioritário.
Objetivo: Pretende pormenorizadamente dar a conhecer as fases de um projeto que tem como objeto de estudo o autocuidado do doente cardíaco com Hipertensão Arterial.
Método: Este relatório detalha a trajetória formativa percorrida no Estágio 1 e Final. No último foi elaborada a intervenção major, que dá designação a este relatório. Foi utilizada uma escala de avaliação do autocuidado da pessoa com hipertensão, aplicada a 118 utentes.
Resultados: Constata-se a capacitação não adequada para o autocuidado, colocando um desafio aos profissionais de saúde para educar de modo a promover a saúde e prevenir a doença, de maneira a tornar as pessoas participantes ativas no autocuidado da sua tensão arterial.
Foi demonstrado as atividades desenvolvidas para a aquisição de competências de enfermeiro especialista na área médico-cirúrgica, na dimensão do cuidar da pessoa em situação crítica, e de mestre em enfermagem.
Conclusão: Os objetivos inicialmente delineados neste documento foram alcançados, colaborando no progresso pessoal e profissional
When determining the person's knowledge of hypertension, it can allow better control and reduction of associated complications, therefore, health promotion and disease prevention should be a priority.Objective: It intends to make known in detail the stages of a project whose object of study is the self-care of cardiac patients with Arterial Hypertension. Objective: It intends in detail to make known the phases of a project whose object of study is the self-care of the cardiac patient with Arterial Hypertension.Results: There is an inadequate capacity for self-care, posing a challenge to health professionals in education for health promotion and disease prevention, in order to make people active participants in self-care of their blood pressure. Method: This report details the training path taken in Stage 1 and Final. In the last one, the major intervention was elaborated, which gives the name to this report. A self-care assessment scale for people with hypertension was used, applied to 118 users. Results: It appears that the training is not adequate for self-care, posing a challenge to health professionals in education to promote health and prevent disease, in order to make people active participants in self-care of their blood pressure. The activities developed for the acquisition of skills as a specialist nurse in the medical-surgical area, in the dimension of caring for the person in critical situation, and as a master in nursing were demonstrated. Conclusion: The objectives initially outlined in this document have been achieved, contributing to personal and professional progress
