Abstract(s)
centrado no usuário e iterativo.
The Tortilleria Taiyari project involves the transformation of a female-founded online food shop specializing in Mexican tortillas. Despite its exceptional products, the brand's digital presence has been underutilized, particularly on social media. The primary project objectives are to migrate the shop page from Shopify to WooCommerce, double social media followers, and establish a consistent digital aesthetic across platforms. The process includes a comprehensive analysis of the existing digital presence, branding exercises, and the redesign of the shop page using user-centered design principles. The challenges faced include technological complexity and ensuring user-friendly design. The User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, influenced by Design Thinking and the Double Diamond methodology, is employed throughout the project, emphasizing collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. Various tools and techniques are utilized across project phases, such as interviews, personas, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototypes, contributing to a user-focused and iterative design process.
