”ANÁLISE DE UM PROJECTO DE INVESTIMENTO EM ACTIVO FIXO TANGÍVEL DE APLICAÇÃO MILITAR: Estudo de caso de Aviões Militares de Transporte Tático”. Esta
Investigação visa realizar uma análise de um projeto de investimento em ativo fixo tangível de aplicação militar atendendo ao contexto atual do País tendo como estudo o modelo da EMBRAER Kc-390.
A análise ao referido Projeto de Investimento é feita com base no contexto em que Portugal se encontra neste momento e também com aquilo que é emanado pelo atual Conceito Estratégico de Defesa Nacional e a conjuntura da defesa a nível Internacional.
A metodologia adotada na realização deste trabalho teve por consulta a obra de Marie-Fabienne Fortin e Yin sendo composta por uma recolha bibliográfica e documental exaustiva, a utilização de entrevistas e por fim atendendo ao caráter atual do estudo uma pesquisa e observação das Noticias avançadas por diversos órgãos e agentes.
O Trabalho de Investigação Aplicada é composto por Três partes e seis capítulos organizados e esquematizados de forma planeada e objetiva. Na primeira parte/etapa é feita uma abordagem teórica sobre a análise de investimentos introduzindo conceitos como o Pooling and Sharing, Smart defense, Dual use inserindo-os nos atuais contextos Nacionais e Europeus bem como a apresentação teórica do modelo de avaliação. Na segunda parte é feita a apresentação do Projeto de Investimento juntamente com uma apresentação e análise a todos os intervenientes envolvidos no Projeto de investimento. Na terceira e derradeira última parte é referente aos Resultados e Conclusões, aqui é feita aplicação de indicadores associados a análise Custo -benefício e por fim retiradas as Conclusões.
Conclui-se então que este tipo de Projeto é bastante encorajador para a Industria Nacional contribuindo em diversas áreas e setores do tecido empresarial Português, contribuindo principalmente na componente financeiras das entidades envolvidas.
Abstract This work lies Applied Research entitled "ANALYSIS OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT IN TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS OF MILITARY APPLICATION: Case Study of Military Tactical Transport Aircraft". This research aims to conduct an analysis of a proposed investment in tangible assets for military application given the current context of the country having as study model EMBRAER KC-390. The analysis referred to the Investment Project is based on the context in which Portugal is at the moment and also with what is given off by the current Strategic Concept of National Defence and the Defence environment at the international level. The methodology adopted in this work was to query the work of Marie-Fabienne Fortin and Yin being composed of a comprehensive bibliographic and documentar collection, the use of interviews and finally given the current character of the study and observation of a search by Advanced News various organs and agents. Work for Applied Research consists of three parts and six chapters organized and outlined a planned and objective manner. In the first part / stage a theoretical approach to investment analysis introducing concepts like Poling and Sharing, Smart Defense, Dual Use inserting them in the current National and European contexts as well as the theoretical presentation of the evaluation model is made. In the second part of the presentation of the Draft Investment is made along with a presentation and analysis to all stakeholders involved in the project investment . In the third and final last part is referring to the results and conclusions, taken here is application of indicators related to cost-benefit analysis and finally the conclusions drawn. It is concluded that this type of design is quite encouraging for the National Industries contributing in various areas and sectors of the Portuguese business community, especially in contributing financial component of the entities involved.
