| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho de investigação versa o tema da Gestão da Manutenção (GM) das instalações de Aquecimento, Ventilação e Ar Condicionado (AVAC) nos edifícios da FA, como forma de contributo para a melhoria da manutenção dessas instalações. O trabalho seguiu uma metodologia de investigação hipotético-dedutiva, tendo tido por base uma pergunta de partida que orientou toda investigação no desenvolvimento do trabalho. Após uma análise à organização da GM de edifícios na FA, procurou-se analisar e estudar o modelo mais adequado para aplicar na manutenção das instalações de AVAC dos edifícios da FA de acordo com as boas práticas e as normas aplicáveis. No final, o modelo é demonstrado em forma de exemplo num caso prático de um edifício do Comando Aéreo (CA). Conclui-se o trabalho com algumas ideias e recomendações por forma a contribuir com o conhecimento e limitações sobre o tema investigado. Abstract: This research paper looks into the Maintenance Management (MM) of the HVAC systems in buildings of the Portuguese Air Force (AF). Its aim is to become a contribution for the improvement of the maintenance of these facilities. The research followed a hypothetical-deductive research methodology, having been based on a starting question that guided the development of all the research work. After analysing the organization of the MM of the buildings in the AF, the research focuses on the search for the most appropriate model to apply to the maintenance of the HVAC systems in AF buildings, in accordance with the good practice and based on standards. Finally, the model is shown in the form of a practical case, the Air Command building. We conclude the work with some ideas and recommendations to increase knowledge in this area and to report on the limitations on the subject investigated. | pt_PT |
