Abstract(s)

Vorwerk Portugal is a German multinational with a 140-year history that operates in the retail sector and has been established in Portugal for around 32 years under the name Vorwerk Premium, Lda. With an understanding of the importance of the above-mentioned aspects and the need to promote a working environment that encourages employees to stay with the organisation, as well as encouraging candidates to join it, Vorwerk Portugal decided to apply for Great Place to Work certification. In addition, this initiative aims to make it possible to consolidate the organisation's employer branding in the market in which it operates, as it is currently a benchmark employer. As a result of the study and analysis carried out in this report, it is hoped that the application of projects such as Great Place to Work will produce a variety of benefits for the organisation itself, offering valuable insights for organisations seeking to make a name for themselves strategically, optimising their value proposition and boosting their employer branding
