| dc.description.abstract | Após a aquisição de conhecimentos gerais na área de gestão no Mestrado em Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial, tornou-se relevante a realização de um estágio curricular nesta área para adquirir e aprofundar mais esta matéria, através da observação e experiência numa empresa. O presente relatório visa refletir o percurso ao longo do estágio nos departamentos de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão Administrativa e Financeira e de Gestão de Produto na empresa Feu Vert Portugal – Peças e Acessórios Automóvel Unipessoal, Lda., o qual se enquadra no terceiro semestre do referido mestrado. Tem como objetivo principal a explanação das tarefas realizadas, com reflexão dos pontos fortes e fracos e confrontação da teoria com a prática. Este relatório também pretende descrever em que consiste o controlo de gestão e qual o seu papel no contexto empresarial de uma empresa ligada ao setor de retalho automóvel. Como resultado da efetivação das atividades concretizadas no decorrer do estágio curricular, salienta-se a aquisição de competências e conhecimentos no âmbito do controlo de gestão, para além, do entendimento funcional dos setores de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão Administrativa e Financeira e de Gestão de Produto. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | After gathering the required knowledge in the area of Management from the master's degree in Management and Business Strategy, it became relevant to start an internship in this area to develop even more the knowledge about this subject through observation and practical work in a company. This report has the objective of explaining the path that was taken throughout the internship in the Human Resources, Administrative and Financial Management and Product Management departments in the company Feu Vert Portugal – Peças e Acessórios Automóvel Unipessoal, Lda. that took place during the third semester of the master's degree. The report will describe the tasks that were completed with focus on the strengths and weaknesses when confronting the theory with practical work. This will also explain what management control entails and what is its role in the business context regarding a company that works in the auto retail sector. As a result of completing the tasks assigned during the internship, I can highlight the acquisition of skills and overall knowledge regarding management control but also practical knowledge of the Human Resources, Administrative and Financial Management and Product Management departments. | pt_PT |
