A problemática desta tese de mestrado corresponde à análise quer do clima quer da cultura organizacional numa empresa de Consultoria de Inovação e Tecnológica Já muitos nomes da literatura vieram referir a importância da cultura, como por exemplo Oliveira e Campello, s.d, que referem que a cultura organizacional não é mais do que um conjunto de características do ambiente de trabalho, sendo estas entendidas pelos trabalhadores, fazendo com que esta seja um importante fator influenciador do comportamento, logo é de extrema relevância que a cultura seja analisada nos dias de hoje. Dada a importância demonstrada pela cultura, faria todo o sentido analisar a cultura, ou melhor, as suas características, juntamente com outra temática de enorme prestígio, que terá bastante influência no funcionamento de qualquer organização, o clima organizacional.
A utilização de temáticas bastante atuais, e aos quais, grandes nomes da literatura portuguesa e estrangeira se têm debruçado, possibilita a compreensão, de uma forma mais específica, de alguns temas aos quais a sociedade portuguesa, na atualidade, se tem debatido.
Em termos metodológicos, o que se propõe realizar é uma entrevista exploratória, que tem como objetivo proporcionar maior conhecimento acerca das temáticas em questão. A pessoa a ser selecionada na empresa de atividades de consultoria em informática irá permitir uma maior interpretação das temáticas em causa. Posteriormente, será feito um conjunto de questões às pessoas que constituem a empresa. A complementar estes dois métodos, existirá a análise documental.
The problematic of this master's thesis corresponds to the analysis of both the climate and the organizational culture in a company of Consulting of Innovation and Technology Many of the names of the literature have referred to the importance of culture, such as Oliveira and Campello, sd, who refer that the organizational culture is no more than a set of characteristics of the work environment, being understood by the workers, This is an important factor influencing behavior, so it is extremely relevant that the culture is analyzed today. Given the importance of culture, it would make sense to analyze the culture, or rather its characteristics, along with another topic of enormous prestige that will have a great influence on the functioning of any organization, the organizational climate. The use of quite current themes, and to which great names of Portuguese and foreign literature have been addressed, makes it possible to understand, in a more specific way, some of the themes to which Portuguese society has been debated today. In methodological terms, what it is proposed to carry out is an exploratory interview, which has the objective of greater information on the themes in question. The person to be selected in the company of computer consulting activities will allow a greater interpretation of the issues in question. Subsequently, it is a set of questions to the people who constitute a company. A complement to these two methods, there will be a documentary analysis.
