Abstract(s)
O objetivo deste projeto foi acompanhar a migração de um Sistema de Gestão
de Segurança e Saúde já certificado pela norma OHSAS 18001:2007, para uma nova
norma de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, através de um estudo de caso: na situação
vertente, o acompanhamento da implementação da Norma ISO 45001:2018 na empresa
Manvia.
A Manvia é uma empresa de manutenção que já tinha um Sistema de Gestão
Integrado certificado nas normas NP EN ISO 9001:2015, NP EN ISO 14001:2015 e OHSAS
18001:2007.
O objetivo desta dissertação foi criar um guião que permitisse a outras empresas,
na mesma situação em que se encontrava a Manvia, desenvolver estratégias de
implementação / adaptação de sistemas a futuras revisões das normas.
Analisando o trabalho desenvolvido, considero que o objetivo que impulsionou
este projeto foi atingido.
Num primeiro momento, foi feita uma abordagem da evolução legal da
Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho em Portugal, seguida de um estudo da evolução
histórica da norma ISO 45001:20018, desde a idealização desta até à sua publicação.
Igualmente, foi abordada a importância das normas nos Sistemas de Gestão das
empresas.
Posteriormente, foi apresentada a organização alvo de estudo, bem como
sistematizadas as diferentes respostas e metodologias utilizadas pela empresa para dar
cumprimento aos requisitos da norma.
The objective of this project was to accompany the migration from an already certified Safety Management System to a new Safety and Health standard, through a case study. In this case, the monitoring of an implementation of the ISO 45001:2018 Standard in Manvia. Manvia is a maintenance company with an Integrated Management System already certified in the NP EN ISO 9001:2015, NP EN ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. The objective of this dissertation was to create a guide that would allow other companies, in the same situation as Manvia, to develop strategies for implementing / adapting systems to future revisions of the standards. After due analyse, it’s my understanding that the objective that drove this project was achieved. First, an approach was made to the legal evolution of Occupational Health and Safety in Portugal, followed by a study of the historical evolution of the ISO 45001:20018 standard from its conception to its publication. Likewise, the importance of standards in companies' Management Systems was addressed. Afterwards, the target organization of the study was introduced, and the different answers and methodologies used by the company to meet the requirements of the standard were also presented.
