Será desenvolvida uma investigação e
apresentada uma proposta do sistema
modular habitacional amovível de baixo
custo.
O trabalho de investigação centra-se na
análise de projectos de habitações modulares
de baixo custo.
Numa primeira fase a análise centra-se no
estudo da evolução da construção préfabricada,
e no conceito de casa modular.
Como definição “Lar” é uma forma
especial de se definir a casa ou os assuntos
relacionados a ela, como a convivência com
a família e os vizinhos. "Lar" pode ter uma
conotação sentimental ou carinhosa.
Hoje em dia o conceito de “Casa” vai-se
transformando (fig. 1).
Como os ninhos, que todos diferem
consoante a ave que o fabricou e o habita, a
casa do homem reproduz com fidelidade a
vida, a ocupação, o carácter, o sentimento
dos moradores. Toda a casa tem com os
donos, uma fisionomia especial, que as
gerações lhe imprimiram.
Para esta proposta será formulado um
conjunto de condições:
• Ser uma habitação modular;
• Ser uma habitação amovível;
• Ser uma habitação de baixo custo.
Assim, pretende-se criar um sistema
modular que seja funcional, adaptável e com
uma geometria flexível, que possa ser
facilmente transformada consoante as
necessidades e expectativas do seu utilizador.
É fundamental a definição de novos
espaços inovadores, criando assim uma casa
modelo á imagem dos novos tempos e
comportamentos da sociedade.
Este estudo assenta na percepção do tipo
de intervenção realizado na actualidade.
O projecto pretende criar um “modelo
tipo” de habitação standarizado (Fig.2), que
possamos levar para qualquer lado, com
facilidade de transporte, montagem, e
extensibilidade a qualquer lugar.
Abstract: Will be developed and submitted a research proposal of removable modular lowcost housing. The research focuses on the analysis of projects of low cost modular housing. Initially the analysis focuses on the study of the evolution of the prefabricated building, and the concept of home model. How to define "Home" is a special way to set the home or issues related to it like living with the family and neighbors. "Home" may have a sentimental or affectionate connotation. Today the concept of "Home" will be transformed (Fig. 1). As the nests, which all differ depending on the bird that inhabits and fabricated, the man's house faithfully reproduces life, occupation, character, the feeling of the residents. The whole house has with the owners, a special face, which he printed generations. To this proposal will be formulated a set of conditions: • Being a modular housing; • Being a removable housing; • Be a low-cost housing. Alpha Thus, we intend to create a model system that is functional, adaptable and flexible with a geometry that can easily be transformed according to the needs and expectations of its user. It is essential to define new innovative spaces, thus creating a model home in the image of the new times and behaviors of society. This study is based on the perception of the type of intervention carried out at present. The project aims to create a "model type" housing standardized (Fig.2), which can take anywhere.
