dc.description.abstractFalar de criminalidade hoje é muito mais complexo do que falar da existência do homem… sabe-se que o homem nasce, cresce, reproduz e morre, ao passo que a manifestação da criminalidade nasce, evolui, e continua a evoluir.Com a evolução da sociedade e, consequentemente, a evolução das manifestações da criminalidade, as organizações policiais têm sentido cada vez mais a necessidade de reforçar as suas corporações com recursos humanos e materiais qualificados com o intuito de dar uma resposta mais eficaz a esta nova era. No âmbito deste estudo analisamos o modelo de investigação criminal existente na de Polícia de Segurança Pública de Portugal (PSP) e na Polícia Nacional de Cabo Verde. Com a presente Dissertação, pretendemos dar a conhecer como está organizado o modelo de investigação criminal em Angola, quais os seus objetivos, identificando quais são os Órgãos de Polícia Criminal em Angola; bem com identificar as entidades responsáveis pela investigação criminal em Angola. O estudo foi realizado através do método teórico descritivo, revela que há necessidade de implementação de um modelo de investigação criminal em Angola, que assenta numa política de partilha de competência de investigação criminal entre a Polícia Nacional de Angola e os Serviços de Investigação Criminal. Concluímos que o modelo existente em Portugal é adequado a poder ser implementado em Angola, com as necessárias adaptações à realidade angolanapt_PT
dc.description.abstractTo talk about crime today is much more complex than talking about the human existence ... it is known that man is born, grows, reproduces and dies, but the criminal manifestation is born, grows, and continues growing. By the evolution of society, and consequently the criminal evolution, police organizations have increasingly felt the need to strengthen their corporations with qualified human and material resources in order to respond more effectively to this new era. In the scope of this study we analyze the criminal investigation model existing in the Police of Portugal (PSP) and in the National Police of Cape Verde. With this dissertation, we intend to know how the model of criminal investigation in Angola is organized, with objectives, to identify the investigation models of the criminal police in Angola; as well as the entities responsible for criminal investigation in Angola. The study was conducted using the descriptive theoretical method, revealing that there is a need for the implementation of a criminal investigation model in Angola, based on a policy of sharing criminal investigation competence between the Angolan National Police and the Criminal Investigation Services. It is concluded that the existing model of criminal investigation in Portugal can be applied, and would be useful in Angola, mutatis mutandis to the Angolan realitypt_PT
