| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo tem como finalidade geral efectuar uma abordagem sobre os antecedentes e o processo politico durante e após a reunificação da Alemanha, a partir de 1989. O foco, deste trabalho, é colocado sobre a reforma e a reorganização dos dois exércitos alemães, da RDA e da RFA, e sobre que acontecimentos ocorreram com eles: antes e após a reunificação, bem como se “transformaram” no exército da Alemanha reunificada. Também se pretendeu, com este trabalho, constatar onde estavam as dificuldades e que obstáculos intransponíveis ocorreram no processo de reforma e integração entre as Forças Armadas da RFA e o Exército Nacional do Povo da RDA. A Bundeswehr é actualmente um dos mais modernos exércitos do mundo. Mas como se chegou a este ponto? O que ocorreu no período entre 1989 e 2010? Quais as transformações ocorridas após 2000? E será que estas transformações e reorganizações foram plenamente atingidas? Pretende-se dar respostas a estas questões no presente trabalho. Abstract: This study is used to inform about the background and the political process during and after the reunification of Germany since 1989. The focus is placed on the reform and reorganization of two different German Armies (Bundeswehr and National Peoples Army) and what was happened with them both, before and after the reunification? How were from two Armies, one? Where were the difficulties and where were insurmountable obstacles in the reform- and integration process between Bundeswehr and National Peoples Army? The Bundeswehr is currently one of the most modern Army in the world. How was it? What had been done from 1989 to 2010? What is about the transformation since 2000? And are the transformation and the reorganization actually a success? All these questions have to be answered in the following work. | pt_PT |
