A dissertação examina o impacto da comunicação interna na gestão de conflitos entre equipas multigeracionais, um tema fundamental no contexto organizacional contemporâneo, marcado pela convivência de diferentes gerações no local de trabalho. O estudo analisa a forma como métodos eficientes de comunicação podem atenuar tensões entre gerações e fomentar espaços de colaboração. Foi utilizada uma metodologia exploratória e quantitativa. Espera-se que os resultados da investigação apoiem a criação de estratégias organizacionais mais inclusivas e que estejam em conformidade com as necessidades das diferentes gerações.
The dissertation examines the impact of internal communication on managing conflicts between multigenerational teams, a fundamental issue in the contemporary organizational context, marked by the coexistence of different generations in the workplace. The study analyses how efficient communication methods can mitigate tensions between generations and foster spaces for collaboration. An exploratory and quantitative methodology was used. It is hoped that the research results will support the creation of more inclusive organizational strategies that align with the needs of the different generations.
