| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar os condicionalismos e potencialidades para a criação de uma cooperativa de agricultura biológica na área hortofrutícola, partindo da caracterização do segmento dos produtores hortofrutícolas da região da Bairrada e dos consumidores de produtos biológicos a nível nacional. Através de inquéritos a ambos os segmentos e respetivo processamento estatístico através da ferramenta SPSS, procurou-se traçar o respetivo perfil e tirar ilações sobre a opinião dos mesmos para com a agricultura biológica, perceber as diferenças e semelhanças entre as opiniões. Com base nos inquéritos idealizou-se uma cooperativa para agricultura biológica, cujo foco será colmatar as dificuldades sentidas através do seu plano de ação, produtos e serviços, de forma a permitir que a agricultura biológica em Portugal registe um incremento e esteja disponível a um maior número de consumidores. | dc.description.abstract | This essay is focused on analysing the limitations and potentialities of creating an organic agriculture cooperative for vegetable/fruit growers within the Bairrada´s region through a characterization of the region's producer segmentat and the opinion, on a national level, of the portuguese organic product’s consumer. A survey for each party involved was statistically processed with a SPSS tool, seeking to trace the producer and consumer profiles, their opinions regarding organic agriculture and to understand the differences and similarities between their opinions. According to the survey results, a concept for an organic agriculture cooperative was modeled focusing on answering the difficulties felt with a plan of action, products and services, in a way that allows the portuguese organic agriculture to register an increment while being made available for a growing number of consumers, thus improving the quality of life for both parties involved. | pt_PT |
