Abstract(s)
Destes a maioria é
The theme of Clinical Leader Nurse is increasingly a central aspect and of great importance for nursing, taking into account that leadership of people is extremely important and can introduce significant improvements in the environment where it develops effectively. Clinical leadership has been presented as a concept widely used in the nursing literature, emphasizing the need to differentiate the leadership potential of nurses from the direct provision of direct care, from the leadership of nurses with formal positions in organizations, highlighting the importance the development of nurses' leadership skills in the direct provision of care, with a focus on ensuring the quality of health care. Thus, a quantitative, observational and cross-sectional case study was carried out, with the main objective of analyzing the self-efficacy of Leadership of Master's students at ESEL, through the CNLSES-PT scale. For data collection, the questionnaire was used, with the aforementioned scale, which was applied to all students in advanced training at ESEL. In total, 102 valid questionnaires were obtained, which constitute the participants in the study. Of these, the majority are female, aged between 20 and 60 years and are also mostly from the 3rd semester, last of the Masters in Nursing. The main data obtained show that nurses in advanced training at the end of training have a greater perception of self-leadership. Nurses “reveal” that after training they acquire more skills, especially with regard to the Clinical Leadership dimension.
