Abstract(s)
A estruturação de Unidades de Vida - Residências Comunitárias de reabilitação psicos socialnos últimos anos tem ganho grande ênfase na área da saúde mental ajudando a recuperação e/ou a reabilitação da pessoa com doença mental.
Desta forma é fundamental compreender a importância da reabilitação psicossocial, com os objetivos que vão ao encontro da promoção de autonomia e treino de habilidades para com as pessoas com doença mental. Falando diretamente para as residências de reabilitação psicossocial, onde o cuidador formal tem um papel elementar, é imprescindível capacitá-los de mais conhecimentos sobre a temática da saúde mental.
O objetivo deste projeto foi o capacitar os cuidadores formais consciencializando-os para a pessoa doente, a doença mental, a implementação de intervenções e avaliação de resultados tendo em conta a pessoa como um ser único. Neste sentido surgiram as sessões de psicoeducação como atividade psicoeducativa e psicoterapêutica do domínio das intervenções do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiatria. Esterelatório de estágio evidencia ainda as competências adquiridas e desenvolvidas duranteo estágio final, associadas à área de especialização e ao grau de mestre.
In recent years, the structuring of Life Units - Community Residences for psychosocial rehabilitation has gained great emphasis in the area of mental health, helping the recovery and/or rehabilitation of people with mental illness. Thus, it is essential to understand the importance of psychosocial rehabilitation, with objectives that meet the promotion of autonomy and skills training for people with mental illness. Speaking directly to psychosocial rehabilitation residences, where the formal caregiver has an elementary role, it is essential to provide them with more knowledge on the subject of mental health. The objective of this project was to empower formal caregivers by making them aware of the sick person, mental illness, the implementation of interventions and evaluation of results taking into account the person as a unique being. In this sense, psychoeducation sessions emerged as a psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic activity in the domain of the interventions of the Nurse Specialist in Mental Health and Psychiatry Nursing.
