No contexto atual em que vivemos, caracterizado por grande instabilidade a liderança tem
vindo, cada vez mais, a ocupar lugar de destaque na gestão das organizações. É, por esta razão,
que vários estudos têm aparecido. Neste estudo, abordámos a liderança adaptativa, uma vez que
é ainda um tipo de liderança pouco explorado na literatura. Este estudo teve como objetivo
analisar o papel da liderança adaptativa na performance adaptativa dos colaboradores. A pesquisa
foi realizada com 58 colaboradores brasileiros e portugueses através de questionários estruturados
construído para o efeito. Os dados coletados foram introduzidos no programa IBM SPSS
statistics versão 28.0.0.0 (190), onde foram analisados. Os resultados não encontraram influência
de nenhuma característica de liderança adaptativa na performance adaptativa dos líderes.
The importance of leadership in the current context is increasingly perceived within organizations, for this reason studies and new lines have appeared. Among so many different types of leadership, adaptive leadership was addressed, since the literature has given space for this topic. This study aimed to analyze the role of adaptive leadership in the adaptive performance of employees. The survey was carried out with 58 Brazilian and Portuguese collaborators. The collected data were introduced into the IBM SPSS statistics program, version 28.0.0.0 (190), where they were processed. The results found no influence of any adaptive leadership characteristics on the adaptive performance of leaders.
