No âmbito do Mestrado em Enfermagem Comunitária na área de Enfermagem
de Saúde Comunitária e de Saúde Pública, da Escola Superior de Enfermagem
do Porto, foram realizados os estágios de natureza profissional em uma Unidade
de Saúde Pública e Unidade de Cuidados na Comunidade. O presente relatório
reflete o percurso de aprendizagem desenvolvido, tendo como objetivos a
aquisição das competências comuns e específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista
em Enfermagem Comunitária na área de Enfermagem de Saúde Comunitária e
de Saúde Pública, bem como a conceção e implementação de um projeto de
intervenção comunitária.
A escola constitui um espaço privilegiado para a promoção da saúde, uma vez
que os estudantes passam grande parte do seu dia nesse ambiente.
Considerando que o ensino profissional se tem afirmado como uma opção
relevante no ensino secundário, torna-se essencial compreender e intervir sobre
os estilos de vida dos estudantes que frequentam este percurso formativo.
Durante o estágio, foram realizadas diversas atividades, com destaque para o
desenvolvimento do projeto "EstilodeVida+Saudável", no âmbito da saúde
escolar, orientado pela metodologia de planeamento em saúde. O diagnóstico
de situação foi realizado junto de estudantes do ensino profissional de uma
escola da região norte de Portugal. Com base nas necessidades identificadas,
“Comportamentos de saúde e sexual”, “Atividade física/ Associativismo” e
“Nutrição”, foram desenvolvidas atividades utilizando como estratégias a
colaboração e a educação para a saúde, centradas na participação ativa dos
estudantes, com o objetivo de promover estilos de vida mais saudáveis.
A avaliação do projeto demonstrou que os indicadores de resultado previamente
definidos foram superados, evidenciando o impacto positivo da intervenção junto
da população-alvo. Paralelamente, foram desenvolvidas outras atividades, no
âmbito dos contextos de estágio, que também contribuíram para a aquisição e
consolidação das competências comuns e específicas do Enfermeiro
Especialista em Enfermagem Comunitária na área de Enfermagem de Saúde
Comunitária e de Saúde Pública, nomeadamente em áreas como a vigilância
epidemiológica, gestão de cuidados e capacitação de grupos e comunidades.
Este relatório constitui uma análise crítico-reflexiva do percurso formativo
realizado, refletindo o desenvolvimento de competências fundamentais para a
prática especializada em Enfermagem de Saúde Comunitária e de Saúde
Pública e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da prática profissional.
As part of the Master's Degree in Community Nursing in the area of Community Health Nursing and Public Health, at Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto, professional internships were carried out in a Public Health Unit and a Community Care Unit. This report reflects the learning path developed, with the objectives of acquiring the common and specific competences of the Nurse Specialist in Community Nursing in the area of Community Health Nursing and Public Health, as well as the design and implementation of a community intervention project. School is a privileged space for health promotion, since students spend a significant part of their day there. Considering that vocational education has become a relevant option in secondary education, it is essential to understand and intervene in the lifestyles of students enrolled in this course. During the internship, various activities were carried out, in particular the development of the "EstilodeVida+Saudável" project, within the scope of school health, guided by the health planning methodology. The diagnosis of the situation was carried out among vocational school students at a school in the north of Portugal. Based on the identified needs, “Health and sexual behaviors”, “Physical activity/Association” and “Nutrition”, activities were developed using collaboration and health education as strategies, centered on the active participation of students, with the aim of promoting healthier lifestyles. The evaluation of the project indicated that the previously defined result indicators were exceeded, demonstrating the positive impact of the intervention on the target population. At the same time, other activities were developed within the scope of the internship contexts, which also contributed to the acquisition and consolidation of the common and specific competences of the Community Nursing Specialist in the area of Community Health Nursing and Public Health, particularly in areas such as epidemiological surveillance, care management and empowerment of groups and communities. This report is a critical-reflective analysis of the training undertaken, reflecting the development of fundamental skills for specialized practice in Community Health and Public Health Nursing and contributing to the continuous improvement of professional practice.
