Abstract(s)
A ventilação não invasiva (VNI) é usualmente utilizada em casos de pessoa em situação crítica, apresentando diferentes complicações, e.g. o desenvolvimento de úlceras por pressão (UPP) faciais. Este documento apresenta como objetivo geral a elaboração de um relatório para apresen-tação em provas públicas, que demonstre a capacidade de reflexão crítica sobre a prática clínica desenvolvida durante os estágios. Será ainda apresentada a intervenção major que incidiu sobre o tema “UPP associadas à interface de VNI: um projeto de intervenção de prevenção e diminuição do seu desenvolvimen-to”. É também efetuada uma análise reflexiva detalhada acerca do processo de aquisição e de-senvolvimento das competências de Mestre em Enfermagem, das competências comuns do En-fermeiro Especialista e das competências específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
Noninvasive ventilation (NIV) is usually used in critically ill patients presenting different com-plications, e.g. the development of facial pressure ulcers (PU). This document presents as general objective the elaboration of a report for presentation in public tests, that demonstrates the capacity of critical reflection on the clinical practice developed dur-ing the internship. It will also be presented the major intervention that focused on the theme "PU associated with the NIV interface: intervention project of prevention and reduction of PU development". Also, a detailed reflexive analysis was carried out on the process of acquisition and development of Master's degree in Nursing competences, on the common competences of the Nursing Special-ist and on the specific competences of the Specialist Nurse in Critical Situation.
