Abstract(s)
Numa época em que a maioria dos países do mundo se encontra em grave crise económica
e social, é mais que natural que surjam deficiências e desajustes ao nível do emprego. Em
muitos dos casos, os problemas com a falta de empregabilidade em determinadas áreas
surgem de um desadequamento do ensino superior ao mercado de trabalho, formando ano
após ano profissionais que não se enquadram na realidade do país.
Nesta linha, o presente trabalho tem por objectivo estudar a percepção de competências
próprias, adquiridas no ensino superior, face à percepção de competências exigidas pelo
mercado de trabalho. Dado o crescente paradigma de mudança no que respeita às
profissões ligadas ao ensino, o presente estudo pretende debruçar-se unicamente em
graduados dos cursos de ciências de educação, professores do enino básico e secundário e
formação de formadores.

Given the growing paradigm shift with regard to professions related to education, this study intends to dwell solely on graduates of science courses of education, teachers enyne, secondary and teacher training
