O presente trabalho de projeto tem como objetivo desenvolver um plano de marketing para o lançamento da Konfik, uma plataforma digital de consultas psicológicas acessível a adolescentes e jovens em situação de vulnerabilidade. A Konfik propõe-se colmatar a lacuna existente entre o elevado consumo digital juvenil e a escassez de soluções éticas, seguras e adaptadas às suas necessidades emocionais. A investigação baseou-se numa análise de benchmarking nacional e internacional, complementada por revisão teórica sobre comportamento juvenil, literacia em saúde mental e design inclusivo. A metodologia aplicada combina análise SWOT, definição de público-alvo, proposta de valor e delineamento de estratégias de comunicação, posicionamento e parcerias institucionais. Os resultados evidenciam a oportunidade de posicionar a Konfik como uma plataforma ética e diferenciada, capaz de integrar privacidade by design, moderação clínica e empatia digital. O projeto conclui com recomendações estratégicas para a implementação faseada do modelo, reforçando a sustentabilidade, a conformidade legal e a relevância social da proposta.
This project aims to develop a marketing plan for the launch of Konfik, a digital mental health platform designed to provide accessible psychological support to adolescents and young people in vulnerable situations. Konfik addresses the existing gap between the high digital engagement of youth and the lack of safe, ethical, and youth-oriented mental health solutions. The research is based on national and international benchmarking, supported by a theoretical review on youth behaviour, mental health literacy, and inclusive design. The adopted methodology combines SWOT analysis, target audience definition, value proposition development, and strategic planning for communication, positioning, and institutional partnerships. The results highlight the opportunity to position Konfik as an ethical and distinctive platform that integrates privacidade by design, clinical modera,on, and digital empathy. The project concludes with strategic recommendations for phased implementation, ensuring sustainability, legal compliance, and social impact.
