Abstract(s)
The promotion of a lifestyle is currently prioritized by the World Health Organization (WHO). This project was developed in the 12th Master's Course in Nursing in the Area of Specialization in Community Nursing, at a Public Health Unit Dr. Francisco George. It aimed to contribute to the promotion of healthy lifestyles in health professionals from two health centers in Lisbon. In the scoping review, a final sample of 14 articles was obtained. The target population was 165 health professionals, from 2 Health Centers of a Group of Health Centers. The sample consisted of 94 participants (non probabilistic convenience sampling method). The instrument for collecting empirical data was the Lifestyle Profile, based on the Pentacle Wellbeing Model (Nahas et al., 2000). The Health Promotion Model (Murdaugh et al., 2019) and the Health Planning Methodology (Rodrigues, 2021) were mobilized. Nursing diagnoses were elaborated, whose lifestyle dimensions presented a negative profile, and the method of prioritization of comparison by pairs was used: pattern of physical activity compromised in 46,8% of health professionals and decreased ability to manage stress in 34% of health professionals. Despite the reduced adherence, in the intervention phase, the goals set were all achieved and surpassed. At the end of the project, it was possible to inform and train health professionals to use techniques/strategies that promote physical activity and stress management at work.
